Type-c headphone audio test system
The system adopts the high-performance audio analyzer A2 independently developed by our company, and cooperates with the electrical performance automatic control test software [abtec-9800s] and the test fixture developed by our company for the second time. Through the USB port, the audio analyzer communicates directly with the object to be tested to realize the automatic electrical performance test of the digital type-C headset PCBA.
Test items:
Downlink(spk): Level(power output), Frequency Response,SNR,DNR,THD+N,Crosstalk, Balance,Noise level,IMD,etc;
Uplink(mic): Max input,Frequency Response, SNR,DNR,THD+N,Noise,etc;
Current Test:1.Downlink: Idle current, Work current，Suspend current, Different power output current;
2.Uplink:Standby/Record Power consumption;
