In response to the theme of the exhibition, Eptec focused on visual testing equipment. Product Features and Efficiency Introduction:
1. Fully automatic focus adjustment of camera lens. The product is powered on to focus in the state, and the focus distance is adjusted by testing the sharpness of the camera. Focus in the closest way to actual use to ensure the normal operation of all aspects of the product.
2. Automatic dispensing and curing of camera lens.
3. Camera semi-finished product test to ensure that the semi-finished product is qualified.
4. Camera sharpness test.
5. Optical axis test, used to test whether the camera installation position is correct and whether the optical axis of the dual camera camera is parallel.
6. 5 platforms work at the same time, the efficiency is about 3 times that of a single platform, and the debugging and testing time of different products is different, roughly 20s to 30s.
